Yes, I think they will LOVE the pools at AoA. Great theming and the main pool is wonderful, even without a slide.

My daughter was 6 when we went and I could hardly get her out of the water. It was lots of fun and yes...make sure you listen under the water!!

My kids 2, 6, and 8 all loved the pool there. IMHO it's the best pool on property for the little ones. I wasn't crazy about our room there but the pool was great.

What did you not like about your room? Suite or standard??

I kinda felt the same way as "disneynarula" in that I wasn't blown away by the room though either. I can't quite put my finger on it. We had just come from a Disney Cruise so I figured we'd appreciate having a little more space after being squished into a little cruise cabin. I loved that my husband and I had our own room and bathroom where we could watch tv after the kids went to bed. I loved having a huge shower in our bathroom too. But it was more the living area that was weird to me. I found the folding table bed somewhat annoying. We used our table to eat, for the kids to play on, etc. but every night before putting my daughter to bed, we had to find somewhere else to stick all the stuff that had accumulated there in order to fold her bed down. My final impression afterwards was that I was glad that we had checked out the suites but personally, based on the size of my family, I think I'd just stick to a regular value room to save money in the future.
