POR - Alligator Bayou Referb

So, according to another site, the referb for the Alligator bayou will start late this month. Lodges 36, 27, 38 and 39.

Now these are probably the farthest from the food court etc. We normally like to request the bldg 18 or 27. There are 5 of us - 4 adults and one very tall 16 year old. We've done AB before - and know the trundle bed situation.

We're going the 8th of January and SO, long story long - I want to request one of the referbed rooms since they (if completed) will have 2 queens and a fold out bed - larger than the trundle.

What do you think the odds are of them actually being completed? I know - pure speculation but....

We are in the same boat...cant wait to hear about the refurb with the fold out beds! Asked Disney when I first heard about it and got a no comment wait and see response.Hope its not just limited to the outer buildings but will take what we can get! Lets keep our fingers crossed because we really like POR...but again the trundles are too small for us now! Where will the put the fold outs anyway??

I don't know how accurate this is...but again from the other site:
"The new option will be a fold-down bed which is actually slightly bigger than the current trundle beds, and it will allow smaller adults to use it rather than just kids. It will be located on the wall, beneath the new flat-screen television (which will also be wall-mounted) and will fold down on top of a lower, wider drawer unit. "

Again - not sure of accuracy - but sounds plausible - and cool if true!

I was wondering where they were going to fit these beds in those little rooms. This makes sense, hope its true.
