We prefer breakfast. My son is crazy about Mickey waffles and has to have them at least once a trip. Having Mickey waffles and meeting Mickey Mouse at the same meal is a bonus!
It tends to fit our schedule better. We either do an early breakfast and then head to MK or if we go to EMH at MK , we do a late breakfast just when it is starting to get crowded.
For us, it is also a better value for the money. I really enjoy breakfast foods and my kids tend to eat more at breakfast than dinner. If you are not a breakfast person, dinner maybe a better value.

Agree. My two girls love mickey waffles and we actually try to get them whenever we can. I prefer breakfast at Chef Mickey's more because of the waffles and that there doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary for dinner to make it stand out. Plus why not start the day seeing Mickey and pals.

We do breakfast. DH requests that we do it EARLY before the place get "nuts" in his opinion.....he thinks it is super loud and crazy in there. Uh, honey, it's Disney!

Are you on the dining plan? I know it's silly, but we prefer dinner because we usually use the dining plan and you get your "money's worth" out of dinner. If you are planing to pay out of pocket it's cheaper for breakfast than dinner...

Chef Mickey's
Chef Mickey is a fun place. I don't think the food quality differs between breakfast and dinner. I agree with the others. Go with what works best for your schedule and food preferences.

Hi!
I've never done CM for breakfast but I've heard it's good. WE LOOOVE dinner there. Typically we're on the DP so we do our own thing for breakfast, CS for lunch and then TS for dinner. We just feel we get more bang for our buck that way. Plus we aren't big breakfast eaters, I don't think we'd want to stuff ourselves and then have a full day ahead of us in the park. I guess it just all depends on your family but dinner is def. awesome there

We have done both and prefered dinner at Chef Mickey. Better character breakfast at Crystal Palace in my opinon.

I agree it depends on what your doing and going to do.. But dinner is better if on DDP and seeing what other Character meals and cost of OOP.
