Gotta love the clues in the reflections...
Hmmm... Looks like a parade to me. One of the snowglobes of Nemo... But where... That "hat" looking building has me stumped. I'll go with MGM Parade coming down Hollywood Blvd.

Ah, the hat helps now. That's Jiminy's hat reflecting off the back. So that's Pinocchino's goldfish... No idea it's name...

Shame on you for not knowing Cleo's name! 
I did cut Figaro's paws out of the picture as being a bit too obvious but that is a good spot of Jiminy's hats reflection! It is indeed taken down Main Street of the Pinnochio float of the afternoon parade.
