    Default POR Royal rooms

We just returned from our stay at POR . We had a royal room. The room was lovely, but we did not like the removal of the room fan. I know they are keeping with the room theme. However, we like the fan while sleeping. Our throats were so dried out. We had sleeping difficulty every night. We will go back to the bayou. The resort is always wonderful.

We thought the exact same thing!

We loved the Royal Rooms, but we missed the fan. We were there in the fall, and it was fairly cool, but if it had been warmer I think I would have missed it even more, especially while sleeping.

We didn't miss it at all but we rarely use them. We prefer to just keep the room cold and the hubby and I sleep on the side by the AC.

Like Kathy, the ceiling fan isn't something that's important to us. Now, a bedside fan, which I bring, is an entirely different story.

I fell in love with the Royal rooms and can't wait to go back.

Just curious are you referring to the ceiling fan? Because if you are then I'm with you I like a ceiling fan.
Three years in Connecticut and loving it

I didn't realize that they were even missing! Haha! Clearly the ceiling fan isn't important to me. I just need the AC on and my white noise app and I'm good to go.

Yes, I was referring to the absence of a ceiling fan.
