I thought the current rules were that the destination had to exist now and not be something from the past.
If Cer is wrong I will go with a wild guess of the train at animal Kingdom going out to the petting zoo area

Mikki is correct, the DD must currently exist. However in a given situation where MS Jimmy said, "Mine Train through Nature's Wonderland, with the town of Rainbow Ridge", the remnants of it exist, so the remnants would be a valid DD, but the attraction itself is not a valid DD. Hope this makes sense

Well, if you were to walk in this area, you might be able to find a few remnants or two. But I forgot the destination had to still exist rule... so I guess that kinda disqualifies this as this attraction has definitely been gone for a while now.

Perhaps you could reveal the answer and start with a new DD? Otherwise I'll allow the "remnants" aspect of it..but that's kind of vague

The answer was the Fort Wilderness Railroad at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. The remnants you would find are very much so just that, remnants. We're talking things far into the brush such as iron rails, wooden planks, some sheds, etc. Anyway, let's try this again then...
1. 1989.
