I'm thinking "Poodle-French" "Zebra-Africa" and "Matador-Spanish or Mexican".
But . . . I got nothin'.
So, can you tell us, Orlando or California? (or maybe an overseas park?)

It is in Orlando. It is also in one of the 4 main parks (I already mentioned 2 parks it isn't so that should help narrow it down). The clues that I gave are things that are actually in this place.
