I agree with the majority here that the two value rooms would be your best option. However, I still believe that the Murphy beds at Riverside are fine for average sized teens. My boys would both fit comfortably on the beds. At 5.5 and weighing 120 (130 for my older teen) they both fit perfectly fine on the murphy bed at the poly just a few months ago.
