This actually occurred on August 16th, but didn't get any attention until the British tourist who recorded it posted the video on You Tube. Disney says they have made undisclosed changes to the fireworks display and are investigating this incident.
Oh wow! I guess, even with all of the precautions that Disney takes, freak things can still happen. Glad no one was hurt.
