Dining plan at Via Napoli

We are going to WDW in April and will be trying Via Napoli for the first time. We're very excited about this place as it seems to have wonderful reviews. I was wondering though how the dining plan works if you choose to share a large pizza (3 adults) versus each of us ordering separate meals? Do we still use one credit each? We are using the Deluxe Dining Plan.

You cannot share a pizza on the DDP. You will have to each order an individual pizza. They are very strict there with rules that they have in place.

Exactly! It is one pizza or pasta dish per person. You can't combine credits to get one of the larger pizzas.

Because of that, some people like to use this as a OOP meal, and share the large pizza, or you can each get a different one and try a few things.

It is one of our favourites, the pizzas are quite yummy!

I remember being able to order the largest pizza and each of us using one credit to do so. I've not used the DDP in some years but I guess my memory is not as it used to be. To add to this post, this past trip I tried the spaghetti with veal meat balls .... let me just say that I will go back there each trip from now on and order that !! It was the BEST !!!! We had awesome service and the atmosphere was over the top as always !!!

We love Via Napoli and eat there on every trip. We do opt to pay OOP for this one and do a 2 credit for another meal as the price is not bad and we don't want the desert because there is so much food. We have always been told with the dining plan you have to order individual pizzas. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
