Magical Gatherings?

Please don't anybody fuss at me if this has been asked to death, but I was wondering if WDW still offers anything to help large groups out? I'm not (at this moment anyway) looking into special 'magical gatherings' events, like a dessert bar or boat ride or whatever, but rather do they do anything like help with arranging fast passes so that a large group can all ride a ride at the same time and such?

We're going in November, and there will be 9 adults and fourteen kiddos for sure, with the possibility of it being 11 adults and seventeen kiddos. We would likely only be planning a special event at the Magic Kingdom, as we don't intend to stick together the entire vacation.

Any suggestions on how to make something like that happen?

I don't think they do the large group stuff anymore. I'm not 100% sure on that, but I thought I read a year or two ago that they stopped the magical gatherings.

Okay, thanks! I couldn't find anything online about it either, but was just wondering if they'd changed the name or something.
