Disney's Magical Express

Hello all. I am worried about getting my magical express luggage tags. I called Disney and was told they mailed them on 4/29... I still have not received my tags! We are leaving June 3rd for our trip, so there is still time, but I know it takes several days for these to come in. Has anyone else had this problem?

We have used Magical Express a number of times and have always gotten our tags well in advance of our trip.

I work for usps and it shouldn't have taken more than a few days in which to receive them. My thought would be they are lost or misdelivered. I would contact disney again and ask them to re ship them. Disney should really be using delivery confirmation for all their delivery needs.

We have gotten our tags way close to our trip , in my opinion, but they have always arrived. If they said they were sent and you really should have them by now I would call

I assumed that was the case, so I ordered another set. Is there anyway to track this package?

If my tags don't come in, could I just have my parents get extra tags to have the bags sent to their room?
