Dues for those expiring in 2042 will most probably be in the $15 - $20, but 30 years from now the value of that money will be less. As far as I know there is no cap on the fees and they will rise in line with their components. Smaller resorts will have higher dues because there are less owners to share the increases.
I don't think BLT will keep rising at the same rate. I think last year's increase was because they were originally underestimated (similar to Aulani) and a big part of this year's had to do with the addition of the front desk and staff (which IMO isn't totally necessary).
