Sword in the Stone was my favorite when I was young. I remember staying home from school and watching it 3 times in one day.
If I could vote for the first five minutes of Up, I'd do that. The rest of the film is meh, but those first five minutes are some of the best Disney filmmaking I've ever seen.
I guess I'll have to say The Muppets. I'm a huge Henson fan.

Favorite Disney Movie - wow - to pick just one or two out of all the gems of Disney -
The Lion King - it was the 1st movie my twins saw in the theater (I think they were 3).
Toy Story (all of them) - my youngest son LOVES those moves.
Tangled and Beauty and the Beast - my daughter loves movies with STRONG female characters and a READER - (she's looking forward to Brave).
I DO love Bambi for the character Thumper. Up for the first 5 minutes. The Muppets because I've been a Jim Henson fan since childhood.

I know I am dating myself, but when I was a kid I loved the the movie The Three Lives of Thomasina. I just saw it again the other day--boy, did it bring back memories and it was just as good! Also love the Snowy River movies. Favorite animated Disney movie is Beauty and the Beast.

I really like several of the more recent movies, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, to name a few.
But my all-time favorite Disney movie has always been and will always be Cinderella. I can still remember when my Mom took me to see it at the local theater. I was only 5 at the time, but it's always been a special memory for me.

Beauty and the Beast has been my favorite movie since I was 4. I adore it. I honestly never thought the day would come when I would find a movie that I obsess over as much as BatB, but then Tangled came out. I know I love Tangled just as much, but I think I might even love it more!

Wow. No one has mentioned my favorite -- Mulan. I love how strong and smart she was. How she would do anything necessary to reach her goal and protect her family. And she didn't need a "prince charming" to accomplish it. She is quite a role model for girls, I believe.
I would also say that Up! is another one of my favorites, but mostly just because I LOVE Dug. I think he is the bestest animated dog of all time.

Purely for nostalgia reasons, my all-time favorites are Robin Hood, The Rescuers, and The Arisocats.
As for more recent movies (as in when I was no longer a young child), I like Beauty and the Beast.
