Towel Animals

We took home the doll our mousekeeper made for our room when we stayed at CBR in 2010. She had eyes and stickers, which my then 14 month old promptly took off. She loved it so we brought it home.

We got one towel animal on our stay, a dog that had stickers for eyes & held in place with a rubber band. We brought it home because I'd read here that it was okay to do so. It sat on a shelf in DD's room for a while until she took it down & deconstructed it. It was just one washcloth, so now she uses it at bathtime. It is a good quality washcloth & makes me smile while I'm folding it in the laundry. If we went back & had towel animals, I'd probably just take pictures & do a scrapbook page of them.

My children each took one one year, but on subsequent visits, we've only taken photographs.
