Go to Travel Tools at the top right. From the drop down list, choose "Select all Travel Tools". Information on when the next booking window will be revealed.

I just got $79 each way for September. I am very excited since last week when I was looking, it was $211 one way.

Yes, as I mentioned here a while back http://www.intercot.com/discussion/s...d.php?t=180816 might be possible to save some cash. I heard a rumor that SWA might do a price increase around Easter, so if you're thinking, try to book early. I saved over $200 on just our return trip from our upcoming RCCL cruise.
