Question About CP Rehire Status

I am turning to Intercot for help once again. This time not for help with planning a trip but for help saving my DD's dream. Do you have any suggestions on where to post for help or who to ask the best way to respond to an automated e-mail from the CP program saying that my DD is in a "restricted or no-hire status"?

By "rehire" do you mean that she has done one program and is applying for another or has she not been accepted for a current program.

In the area that I work, they had a freeze on "rehires" for a second or third program for awhile, only taking people that were doing their first one.

She had to go ahead and submit a reply tonight as the e-mail said to reply within 24 hours. Now we wait to see what is decided.

Had anything happened when she was part of the program before; any disciplinary action etc? If not, maybe they do just want to give others a chance at the program.
