Crowds this week?

My family and I are heading down to WDW this same time next year (Nov 11-19). I was wondering how the crowds are this week. Anyone down there now?

We are here now!!! While it is busier than it has been in years past it is still very managable. We have been having a blast! But we take our time and if we don't get to everything "o well, there's always next time".

My friend is there right now I spoke to her last night, and she said the longest line she saw was PP at MK for 90 minutes typical lots of times. Most lines were less than 10 minutes for everything SW, PoTC. She was at HS the day before and all the Fast Passes were gone for TSM, by the time they arrived in mid afternoon, which again is typical anytime of year that isn't a busy time(we go in May so I'm thinking this is a similar time frame)
Said the weather is great though, they were hitting AK today!
