Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom has outside tables, but it is a counter service restaurant. The food is really good though.

There's also some outdoor dining at Boardwalk - Big River Grille comes to mind.
If eating at a fast service spot like Main Street Bakery, Casey's or quick service at our resort, we will often take our tray outside and find a table to sit at.
I'll bet weather in November will be pleasant enough to do outdoor dining!

Although it's counter service and now a buffet, you used to be able to bring food from the Tusker House in AK and sit outside at the Dawa Bar. Having dinner there is one of my fondest outdoor dining experiences in WDW.
