I have a frind travelling to WDW and want to surprise her with a welcome gift in her room. I would like to send a big Mickey Mouse or a dozen Disney ballons. Any ideas on where I should call to make this happen

Just to followup, that the gift would be delivered to the room after she checks in. They don't put anything in the room prior to that.

I used DisneyFlorist.com recently to send a "welcome" gift to my parents. It was delivered in under half an hour of their checking in. I was actually on the phone with my mom when they recieved it. A Cast Member riding a segue knocked on their room door and dropped it off. So the PP is correct that it will be delivered after they arrive, it won't be waiting in their room. However, I can't say enough good things about how helpful the Disney Florist person I spoke with was. I wanted to adapt one of the gifts and she worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted.
