Hi, If you have been to Aquatica and also BB and or TL, would you please vote on the best for a family that likes rides for the speed loves and more sedate rides also.
I havent been to Aquatica ,but to all the rest and Typhoon Lagoon just shades it for me over Blizzard Beach cos i love the wave machine so much

I love this post- I loved BB more. I like the theming better and the rides more- so did my ds6. I am hoping to see some posts concerning Aquatia due us visiting there in Oct.
BB is our favorite. It has the really big and fast slides, and also milder ones. WE love the big family raft ride, Teamboat springs, and DW and I always enjoy just floating in Cross Country Creek (the lazy river) while our boys are climbing the the stairs and sliding down the big slides. BB also has the best kids area, IMO.
BUT Typhoon Lagoon has the big wave pool and the Crush 'n Gusher water coaster, so we always vist that park, too. Even though one may be your favorite, that's no reason to visit only one Disney water park. They're both loads of fun.
I though Aquatica was fun, but no better than the Disney Water parks, especially if your are staying at a Disney resort and can use the Disney buses to get there, and if you have the water park & More option on your tickets and visit more than once (we usually go 3-4 times during a seven day stay), it costs less per visit.
If you have a multi-day Sea-World pass, Aquatica is still worth the visit, but I don't think its worth the time, trouble and $$ just to go only to Aquatica from WDW.

Been to all 3. Typhoon Lagoon is still my favourite. I would say the other 2 parks have more for the thrill seekers but don't cater for the non thrill so much. The wave pool is best at TL and Shark Reef is fun for everyone.
