opinions on my plan Dec 12-16?

What do you think of my wdw plan (Dec 12 -16)?
This is our 3rd wdw trip but our first dec trip.
My plan is based on avoiding emh. We have 2 kids and the older one is not great at waking up early while the younger one cannot stay up late.

Dec 12 - arrive midmorning, Epcot, Marrakesh 5pm
Dec 13 - MK by rope-drop, Cali Grill 9pm
Dec 14 - DHS by rope-drop, 4pm H&V F! package
Dec 15 - AK by rope-drop, 6pm Boma, maybe DisneyQuest night
Dec 16 - Epcot by rope-drop, 5pm Garden Grill

The problem is -- this means no Wishes unless we go to MK from Epcot either on Dec 12 or Dec 16 ... don't know if there will be time unless I cancel either Marrakesh or GG.
Another big question -- will we be able to see the Osborne Lights AND watch Fantasmic! on the same night?

Please tell me what you think - all advice appreciated.

WOW considering you have a child that doesn't want to get up early, you have an awful lot of 'rope drops'...

Depends on the time of Fantasmic if you will be able to do both Osbourne and Fantasmic...even though you have a 'package' you need to be in line one hour before the show.

You can see Wishes from the Cali Grille...they have a wonderful balconey and pipe in music...so that is an option...or take the monorail over your last night and end your trip watching Wishes...you'll be at EPCOT to see Iliminations your first night.

p.s. We had Cali Grill ADR's last week...we were seated 45 minutes AFTER our ADR and we were 30 minutes early...so actually we waited 75 minutes for our ADR...it was for 9:25pm...was an extremely long night...and at that time, the food really wasn't worth it.

Pirate Granny (love that name!) the "at rope-drop" may be wishful thinking.

I called and was able to move California Grill up to 7:05pm.
