Race for the Taste 10K

Will this event significantly impact crowds at Epcot? Or even just crowd flow? Does the course actually go through Epcot or any of the other parks, and how do they handle that? Thanks!

Although this course does run through Epcot, the race begins at 7:00 and runners must be able to complete the race within a given time period so all runners should be out of the park before it opens. I am sure they will pick them up and cart them to the finish line if they can't keep up. I am running this race on Sunday and pray that I am not one of those that gets pick up by the "sweepers"

I am very excited to run through both DHS and Epcot! It should be very exciting...and eating at the end....yeah...that's my kind of race!
