    Default Pre-pre trip report

    I recently celebrated my 15th anniversary at my job. This is no small feat, as I work in a church with students and have seen multiple changes over the years. I am the only one there who can say that they have been there 15 years.
    A few weeks ago when i was leaving the stage after being commissioned for a short term mission trip, my pastor grabbed my arm and pulled me to the front again. He went on to tell everyone of my service and presented me with flowers. This was all so incredible, I thought we would just repeat it again at the second service but instead I was given a five day trip to Disney World. My favorite vacation destination. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. It was only a few months ago that we had canceled a trip because we just didn't think we could do it this year.
    The reservations are made and we even got an upgrade to a moderate with free dining. So the countdown begins with 78 days till my mom, little sis and I are once again in the World!
    I cannot wait!!!!!

    It sure sounds like you must be very good at your job and well-liked! As someone who has been a Girl Scout leader for 25 yrs, it is heart-warming to know that you are appreciated. What a wonderful surprise...you deserve it! Enjoy the time with your family at WDW.

    i love to hear that hard work that makes a difference is rewarded,have a great time and enjoy every minute,it sounds as if it is well deserved.
