I have a quick question:

Does anyone know if WDW typically offers any special promotions during November or December?

We went last year (2008) in September and really liked having the Free Dining. Now we are contemplating another trip later on this year and were wondering if there would be any special incentives that may help us make up our minds that "we just can't not go to Disney"!!! (I really hope that is the case!!)

I wouldn't expect to see any special promotions around holidays. If any promotions are offered, they'll be posted in the Accommodations forum as they become available.

I have been wondering the same thing. We usually go in September for the free dining (which they are offering this year) but we want to try November this year for a change, so we are hoping to see a deal. Last year they offered the free dining for a few dates in November and December and also they usually have some type of room discount. These offers usually show up in August. I am kind of hoping for a good deal since they have had such great discounts this winter into summer and fall. Fingers crossed.

we went the week before the week of thanksgiving in 08 and got a room-only discount using an AP discount code we found online. (got about 40% off rack room rate). they also had fl resident discounts for room only too at that time.
