    Default Discovery Cove

This is what my DS, age 9, is asking to do this summer along with the beach. We have our flight booked and a hotel chosen for the beach. Now I'm looking at booking DC, but . . . . having sticker shock! The reviews of it are all stellar on tripadvisor. It is the #1 attraction on TA, and has been.

Has anyone been? The limited # of guests and all-inclusive is certainly appealing. I'm just having a hard time with the price. You do get either Sea World or Busch Gardens with it, but, I'm not sure we will have time for that. The admission to those parks would be about $200 alone.

We did it the summer of 2006 and loved it. It is expensive, but we were able to go to Seaworld so that helped with that admission. We also had a full lunch with our price that was delicious. I'm not sure if they still do that. There were 4 of us, and only 2 swam with the dolphins. I cannot wait to go again. We are hopping for another 3 yrs. when my grandson will be old enough. Have fun. We have lots of great memories from the experience.

We did this in 2004 4 of us. LOVED IT!!!!! It was a dream of mine to swim with the dolphins ( crossed it off of my "bucket list") we had a great time. Food was great, loved the open aviary. My older daughter and I are alittle bit afraid of swimming with the fish, so we swam in the lazy river to the open aviary while my DH and younger DD swam with the stingrays! we have pictures of the birds on my daughters head and both arms! They give you food and the birds flew down and landed right on her we had a great time swimming with the dolphins, I hate cold water and it usually takes me forever to get in but boy was i in fast! You couldnt get the smile off of our faces. I have pictures of each one of us swimming with our dolphin. We purchased the cd of pics, yes it is expensive but to us it was a once in a lifetime experience and I saved for a year to be able to do it. If you can afford it, go you will not be dissapointed.

I just booked DC for DH and I in June. I cannot wait!! Continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks are included as well as Seaworld or Busch Gardens passes.

How much is the CD with photos?? Do they combine everyone in your party to one CD?

I have decided to book. I have read nothing but positives, so we're going for it!

As for the picture CD, I saw a list of prices on another board. I'm assuming they were for varying #'s of pics, because they started at either $69 or $79 and went up.
