I guess if you really want to be the first to know, you should go to Intercot!
I just don't see $74.99 a very good investment for four issues of the magazine, unless they are going to give discounts on vacations, like the Magic Kingdom Club used to do.

Well, that certainly was a disappointment. $74.99 for 4 magazines, a card, a certificate and a gathering that 90% of us can't go to. Oh, and a special collectible?
No mention of any discounts, either.
And, still no e-mail from them. Nice that they say we who put our e-mail addresses in would be the first to know, yet we can find all the information on other sites long before we get notified.

Did anyone see the "Limited-Edition Walt Disney Signature Executive Collection Pen" for $849.95 WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?!?!???! Are the SERIOUS??? For $850 dollars for a pen I better get a pass to Disney for the next 10 years! That's insane!! Is anyone actually going to spend that much on a PEN????
I agree that for $75 they should be offering discounts on tickets, resorts, etc.. Not just being "allowed" to go to the event in California. UH Yeah No Thanks! Now if they offer discounts on something to do with vacation I will sign up. Until then, I don't know how I can justify spending $75 on not much of anything. And this is coming from someone who is borderline obsessed with Disney, And everyone I know thinks I am "crazy" And even I don't want to justify spending $75 on basically a magazine, And "access" to buying insanely priced "special merchandise"
Okay I am done now, But seriously anyone else agree with me?

For that money, there had better be something more involved than what they are saying now. I have no desire to buy a pen that costs over $800 or really even spend the money to fly out to DL for the expo--for which the general public can still get in and they still charge D23 members for admission! I am going to sit back on this one and wait to see if they come out with any better offers.
