Fantasmic Twice a week

Does anyone know when this starts? We'll be there 11-9 thru 11-14.

I think it starts in 2009.

It looks like the only night it will not show during your trip is 11/10.

Thanks guys! Im glad to here the crowds will still be spread out a little this trip. Absolutly not looking foward to when everyone has to crowd into one of just 2 shows during the week.

Yeah, we're going January 9th and I'm really quite worried about the Fantasmic situation. Even though it's not a crowded time for the parks in general, the fact that it will only be on two nights leads me to believe that DHS will be packed those two nights, and I am not excited about it. Fantasmic is our favorite show, and I would hate to have a choice of waiting for over an hour or being shut out.

This still has to be one of the dumbest things Disney has done in a while...reducing a hit show to 2 nights is ludacris

I am not sure this in entirely correct as on the WDW website it shows Fantasmic is showing at both 6:30 & 8pm on Monday Nov 10. We will be at DHS on this exact date so I hope it is showing at least once.

It really is! I can't see this decision lasting very long. This will draw in so many complaints.

I totally agree. It is one of the biggest draws to DHS. With "4 For a Dollar" leaving, and now only a show or two of Fantasmic! which I will NOT wait all day to see, DHS will become a half day park for me again!

I am worried about the weather. On our last trip we were rained out and and out second attempt we sat in the rain in the theater waiting to see if it was going to be rained out and watched the show IN the rain. my ponco was ripped and i was soaked!!!

It's messed up...2 of the nights in Oct. we will have the option of going to Fantasmic twice each NIGHT! Then when we go back in Jan, we will have the option of seeing Fantasmic twice our whole trip!

Yeah, that could be a problem. At least when Fant is several nights, you have more then one chance to see it. However, with Fant only 2 times a week, and if it rains, that severely limits how many people see it.

I don't know if it was ever announced. But I am pretty sure it has to do with the future American Idol attraction.
