Early December

Hi Everyone,
I'm planning on a mother/daughter trip for the begining of december and I was wondering how busy it is at this time?? I want to go to see all the Christmas decorations and attend the MVMCP as well. any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

It's busier than it used to be as the Christmas decorations have become very popular, but it's not too bad. Certainly nothing like summer crowds or like it is later in the month. Some of more popular rides have waits, but you can occasionally come across some of the less popular rides with very small lines.

Try for the second week of December if possible to avoid the Pop Warner group.

It has gotten busier over the past few years, but still somewhat lower crowds. Thanksgiving is so late this year, so not sure how things will be in december as there is one "less" week between Thanksgiving and Christmas. They are starting the christmas decorations way early this year... usually the Christmas parties start 11 days before Thanksgiving. This year it is 18 days before Thanksgiving!
