One of my favorite things about the Disney parks is the fact that there are so many different experiences to explore. We go at least once, and often twice, a year and there are still many things we haven't done. Here are the firsts from our last trip:

    1. Rode in the front of the monorail.
    2. Drew some characters in the animation experience at Hollywood Studios (watch out it is addicting).
    3. 5 y.o. did the Grand Adventure in Cooking at GF.
    4. Ate at the Kona Cafe.

    What were your firsts?

We went to Disney from December 15th - 19th. We had a wonderful time.
I've been to Disney over 20 times but I did a lot of FIRSTS during this trip.
IT WAS MY FIRST TIME TO DO:
    - Ride in the front of the monorail: REALLY NEAT!
    - I had a margarita in Mexico at Epcot: YUM
    - Saw the Finding Nemo musical: amazing
    - Rode the new Nemo ride: very cute
    - Ate at BOMA: will definitely be eating there again
    - saw DeVine at the AK
    - stayed at our first deluxe resort: the Poly, we loved every minute of our stay!
    - my first trip with both my DH & the 2 DD's at the same time
    - saw the Osborne Lights: that was neat
    - saw Cinderella's castle with all the lights: it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL
    - Rode the updated versions of POTC, HM & Mexico rides - I loved seeing Capt. Jack in POTC, but my favorite update was the stair room in the HM
    - Sneak peak of SE - I liked the 1st part
    - Saw the gingerbread house at the GF resort
    - Bought a Disney hat and wore it during the whole trip: it was the Santa hat with Mickey ears
-Watched Wishes & the Electrical Water Pagaent from the beach at the Poly: I got some fantastic pictures!
    - ate Tonga Toast: it was the best!

This is one of the reasons I love Disney so much. I've been often, but I still get to experience NEW things!

Let's see, the three that immediately come to mind for our trip in October are riding in the front of the monorail, renting a boat at one of the marinas (probably at the YC/BC) and MNSSHP. I'm sure I'll come up w/ a whole list by the time the plane takes off!!

I agree you never run out of firsts....This July will be our first for:
Eating at Boma - now that DS15 is more adventerous with food, it is time to try this

Eating at Le Cellier - We always eat at Rose & Crown for Illuminations. We are trying something new. Hopefully it will be a wonderful dinner

going to try to rent sea Raycers - tried last year but DS15 thought they went too slow so he didn't want to ride. Maybe go to the Contemporary for this. I hear they go faster

This will be our 13th trip and I cannot believe how many firsts we still have to do... For future trips I would like DH and DS to be able to play a round of golf. They would both love to do this and it would give them some much needed quality time!

That reminded me, we also watched the fireworks for the Pirate and Princess party from the GF. Wow. Best fireworks show I've seen at Disney.

Problem is that it's hard to find firsts. Usually it's not until we're going home or sometime later that we realize that we had a first.

We are still waiting for our first night in the castle...wish us luck.

We were there 5 - 21 Dec 07 for our first ever Dec trip and had many of the same firsts as you did. It is funny how people have different opinions. We saw the Finding Nemo show and didn't enjoy it.
Osborne Lights and the Castle were breathtaking to me and could have spent hours just watching both of these........oh yeah, I did!
Living with the Land - first time - loved it
O'Hana's - amazing view. Service was rushed and the food was not to my tastes, so really didn't enjoy the meal and wouldn't go back, but I did enjoy the potatoes.
Chef Mickey's character breakfast - LOVED everything about it
Tusker House Character Breakfast - great character interaction, terrible service and food
50's Prime Time Cafe - great service, food and Glowtinis
Marrakesh (Morroco) - enjoyed it, but once was enough
Christmas Decorations - would never get enough nor tire of them. AMAZING!
Sleigh Ride - enjoyed this, but too short
Candlelight Processional - so very good
Turtle Talk with Crush - so cute and would definitely go back
Monsters Inc - cute but not as good as Turtle Talk
Aladdins Carpets - had to do it, now it is done with
Peco Bills - would eat there again
Boat from Epcot to MGM - glad I found out about this
