We were there in August after she left. The new chef (not sure if it is the permanant new chef) had a pork special, that our waiter said was different than the historic pork loin special. We all loved it, it is now my DDs favorite. I cannot make a pork loin without hearing that the chef at JIKO makes it better (i have to agree)
