    Default Jeans in Late August?

Should I bring jeans on our upcoming trip (August 27th-September 2nd), I'm thinking no. Too hot even in the evenings and will take up less space in our suitcases?

I can count the number of days on one hand that I've worn long pants at WDW, and ABSOLUTELY NONE of them were in the summer. Even Dec/Jan you can maybe get away with shorts and a sweatshirt. There have been a few days in Dec I remember it being in the 30s, but it's not the norm...

Bring long pants onlyif you are going to a resort restaurant that requires dress attire. Otherwise, leave them at home for sure!

We always go to WDW the second and third weeks of September and it has never been anything but HOT. I would not bother with jeans at all.

Maybe a nice pair of lightweight capri's or pants for dinner, etc. I usually bring a nice skirt.

We usually have a lightweight sweatshirt for the kids with us only because we fly down from NY and it is usually chilly on the plane and in the airport. They have never been taken out of the suitcase once we arrive.

    Have a great trip!

I don't believe you'll need the jeans in August. As has been suggested, you might want to bring a pair or two of lightweight long pants for dressier nights out.

The only reason I bring long pants of any type to WDW during the summer is for dress code reasons for dinner.

The only times I have worn jeans to Disney World are in December and January. I haven't been in February and in November, that trip was in 1972 I think I wore polyester knit pants.
Yes I looked dorkish, but we all did back then.

I would say no jeans. We visit in September and don't pack any pants for that trip. Shorts or skirts, that's all. I think wearing jeans would only add to the heat. My opinion, of course.

Can't imagine you will need jeans, but there are several sites (including the Orlando Sentinel) that have 5-10 day forecasts. Those aren't going to be totally accurate but should give you a good idea of the weather forecast for your stay. Enjoy.

There is always a chance you may need a pair of jeans. It has been my experience that even though you most likely won't need them, err on the side of caution. We have many a time needed something warm for a little while and not had anything because it seemed absurd at the time.

August is SO HOT! Don't even bother packing jeans, save the space for your bathing suit, lol.

NO jeans, no long pants unless for dining out.
    It's hot, sticky, sweaty.
Last August there were people with so few clothes on they left no mystery
    So jeans are a NO
