I'd always leap at the chance to stay in one of Disney's Moderate/Luxury Resorts & Hotels, as it is something I've not done much in the past at all. I've only ever stayed at the Disneyland Hotel on our most recent trip to DLR. Though, fine dining at Disney is hard for me to pass on...

Mater's Junkyard Jamboree OR Luigi's Flying Tires?

Haven't experienced those yet...August awaits me but Mater's Junkyard Jamboree sounds interesting.
