Dining Plan with 2 day "no park" stay?

Well it's that time to start booking our 2008 trip. Being as we book with our FF points to fly down, we need to book 356 days in advance to get the seats we want. Also, since we book with our DVC at our home resort, we book THAT 11 months in advance.

That being said, we don't have enough points for the length of stay we want, so we decided to just stay in an All-Stars for two days on arrival. No problem! But here's my question.

Will Disney allow me to book a 2 day stay WITH dining plan and NO park tickets ( we're going to buy our tickets seperate so we can have a single ticket for the whole length of our stay ).

When we went in June '06 we already had tickets leftover from the last time we went but when they reserve they have you get at least a one day ticket with the dining plan

In this instance (not using DVC), the dining plan would have to be booked as part of a package which would include park passes of at least one day.
