I think this is a hard one to answer since it varies by restaurant and your comfort level with indoor dining overall. Yes, they are seating at reduced capacity, but as far as I'm aware there isn't any "extra" ventilation and the distance between the tables, although generally good, may not be as far as expected. (Now, I am biased, I'm not ready to eat inside yet, so those more comfortable may have a different view).
