Epcot's Le Cellier Steakhouse Adds Gourmet Poutine
Le Cellier Steakhouse in Epcot's Canada pavilion has added a delicious duo of Poutine dishes:

... Le Cellier Steakhouse has added two new delicious poutine offerings to the menu both featuring Le Cellier’s freshly-cut fries.
The first dish is Beef Brisket Benedict Poutine, which is topped with Canadian cheddar, Montreal smoked brisket, sauce choron, and a 62-degree poached egg.
The second dish is Beef Bourguignon Poutine, which is topped with gruyere cheese, truffle, and garlic aioli. These two dishes are available all day and make a great mid-day meal.

I thought poutine was a (sorry Canada) pedestrian food offering. Yummy, yes. Certainly not gourmet. While I understand the attempt to make it "gourmet", leave well enough alone. All I want is Fries, Gravy, and Cheese Curds. THAT'S POUTINE! Ughh...
