Uber from mco to disney springs
Hi all!
Looking for information from those who have taken an Uber from MCO to go to WDW. How was it? How much was it? Where did you pick up the Uber?
Really would love input on this as I am researching the best way to get to a Disney Springs off site hotel that is fast and cheap.
Thanks
B

I'm really sorry you've got no replies on this, as I was hoping for the answer too! We're just going to grab a cab at the airport, I think - but i'm curious about using Uber.

I don't like Uber.
The cab can be 60ish plus tip.

We typically use a car service like Intercot sponsor Quicksilver.

My husband used Uber last night to get from MCO to a hotel next to Sea World on I-4, just up the road from Springs. It was around 10:30 p.m. and cost just under $30. I plan to do the same tomorrow night when I go down to join him. Keep in mind Uber pricing changes based on time of day and the demand, so it isn't always cheaper than a cab, car service, or shuttle. You can also set up a Lyft account (Uber competitor and some prefer their business model and ethics to Uber) and compare the charges to Uber and go with what's cheaper.

I have always used Quicksilver also if I have to go to the airport to Disney - but I do use UBER to go from resort to Disney Springs and back, and have had very good success with that service multiple times.

Uber charges about $30 from MCO to Disney Springs.
From Uber:
How to get picked up at MCO Airport
1.Request when you’re ready to walk outside.
Once you’ve gathered your baggage, choose a ride option that suits your group size, pricing and luggage storage needs.
2.Exit on the arrivals level.
Exit on Level 2—Arrivals, and wait for your driver curbside
3.Confirm your driver.
Always check that your driver’s license plate matches what you see in the app. If you can't find your driver, contact him or her through the app.
