Walt Disney World Water Parks Testing "Virtual Queue" System
Beginning today (3/28) the Walt Disney World resort began to test a new queue option at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.
Kiosks have been set up for several popular attractions to offer "Virtual Queue".
During the test period, Guests receive a wrist band and Pass with a per-printed 15 minute return window (similar to the printed style of FastPass).
The pass reads as follows:
- There will be a moderate wait upon return
- Valid for one (1) Guest to return to the attraction queue at the time listed below.
- Only Valid on date issued.
- Cannot accept early or late arrivals.
The Participating attractions are:
- Downhill Double Dipper (Blizzard Beach)
- Miss Adventure Falls (Typhoon Lagoon)
- Slush Gusher (Blizzard Beach)
- Summit Plummet (Blizzard Beach)
The test period will continue until April 7, 2017.
