JAN trip and fast pass question
Have a trip planned and reserved first week of Jan. So of course I'm super excited, this will be our first trip down since the full my disney app will be in affect. So while playing around with the app, I've noticed something involving the fast pass part. We have tickets tied into the ressie, and I can see all the information regarding our stay, but when I go to make fast passes is says I have to link tickets to the ressie. I know we can't make fast passes until later, but shouldn't I atleast be able to see the tickets, the way the message is popping up it sounds like I dont have tickets.

A couple of things could be in play here.
First, when you're on your MDE account, do you see your tickets listed? If not, then that's the issue, and you'll need to link your park tickets to your account.
If you do see your park tickets, then I'm going to assume you have booked a package and the system is seeing them as being linked to your reservation, and allocated to that trip's timeframe. Currently, you will be limited to making FP+ only for the next 30 days. But you don't have tickets that are valid in the next 30 days (the ones you do have are earmarked for your trip in Jan). Therefore, the system is responding with the message that you don't have tickets - meaning you don't have tickets that are valid in the next 30 days.

Yes, the tickets can be seen when I look at the reservation as a whole. Hopefully it's just a matter of time, when the time comes to make fast passes they will be available.

Let me ask one clarifying question:
if you go to your MDE account, click on "My Profile" and then click on "Tickets and Passes", do your tickets then show up?
If so, your tickets are linked to your account and you'll be able to make FP+ beginning on day T-60.

I agree with Steve, you are most likely OK. We booked as a package, and had this message until our FP booking time. Even though the tickets were indeed there, since they weren't valid for the FP booking window it looked like we didn't have them.

As long as you see the tickets linked to your account, you're good. This happens to me every time. As soon as the FP window opens, everything works. It's just a thing that MDE does.
