Teppan Edo menu question

It says on the menu for Teppan Edo

"All adult entrees and combinations include garden salad, vegetables with udon noodles and sukiyaki beef rice."

Is it possible for someone who doesn't eat meat to get rice that doesn't have beef/beef broth in it?

The last time I was there it was the typical Japanese place where they cook the meat aside from the rest. The rice was steamed and brought out in a bowl.

They will definitely prepare your meal as you want it - you just need to let the chef/server know. If you want plain rice, they'll get you plain rice!

Yes, you can plain white rice in place of the beef rice. We don't eat red meat or pork & do that all the time.
