DCL debarkation luggage tags

Just curious... and it's completely random, But ... Does anyone have a "guide" to what color / character tag corresponds to what deck level when it's time to disembark? We've received many different characters, just never Donald or Mickey. (Just wondering where the heck they are. lol) I've been told the tags correspond to luggage priority rather than a specific ship or deck level. Does anyone know for sure ??

Hmmmm... Never gave it much thought. We've been on several different decks, but never really paid attention to the tags. My GUESS is that it's different characters on different decks. I'll try to remember to ask our room steward on our next cruise in May.

I would imagine "priority" tags go to suite and concierge guests. They probably get Mickey.
