Only Disney knows for sure but it appears that most years have had the last party on a date in early November. You can check the dates for prior years' parties by going into old editions of news items on Intercot. Most years, the party dates are announced in April or May so if you look for news items in those months, you can typically find the announcement of the party dates for that year.
