I know this is WELL in advance of our November trip, but we are planners! Has Disney been offering free dining in the past few years? And if so, how much in advance of the actual date is it listed? Also what are the chances for it to be November?

We booked in may I think. And free dining was running for most of fall, until dec. 21 with blackout dates around holidays and special events. There is a website that lists historical free dining dates.

November has usually had at least some dates included, though not always. Generally it's May or June when they announce the fall discounts but for November it's sometimes been as late as August.
