Refillable Mugs at Boardwalk Villas

We are staying at the Boardwalk Villas. Where can we use our refillable mugs??

I saw a sign outside of Boardwalk Bakery for mug refills when I was at WDW earlier this month.

I believe the pool bar also can refill mugs.

The last time we stayed there several years ago, you could get "refills" at both those locations. That being said, you drug your mugs down and they gave you your drink in paper carryout cups, so you ended up lugging twice as much back with you. Is that still true?
