New building next to RRC

Anyone know what this is? I saw it while in line for RRC.

It's a new "Flex" theatre which means it can be quickly reconfigured for multiple purposes. It can be used for anything from stage shows to rehearsal hall to audition space.

How will it be accessed? Looked like the entrance was right at RRC line.

They could likely use that but according to some maps of the new Toy Story area they might access from there or maybe both. And when used for auditions there may be a completely backstage entrance. They have options and it's supposed to be flexible. We'll learn soon I'd think.
