Magical Express Question

We always have a car but this will be the first time without one and we will be using the Magical Express. So my question is can you tip the driver. Using a service like this I normally would but I am not sure if they are allowed to take money. I don't want to try to give the driver a tip if they are not allowed to accept.

If they can accept tips..what is the norm for a free service like this?

Thanks everyone. I like to tip when I have good service. I will be bringing my bag on the bus because we are getting in at 9 at night and don't see the point of not grabbing the bag myself if I have to stay up until 1 in the morning to get it.
