    Default Footwear for low arches?

I'm looking for new athletic sandals and sneakers to wear on our trip(leaving in 2 months). I have low arches and a lot of heel pain. What do others with low arches wear to Disney? Thanks!

I wear Brooks sneakers and Fit Flops. Best shoes for heel pain ever! I use the Brooks Ravenna.

I had a heel spur on my last trip to Disney and was looking for a comfortable sneaker and sandal. The only thing that helped alleviate some of the heel pain for me was CROCS brand sandals. Not the clog CROCS....they carry many different types of shoes. I don't like the clog CROCS at all, and was skeptical, but the sandals I ordered were comfortable. You can search online and I found a reasonably priced selection on a major shopping site that sells just about everything.

I have a friend with the same problem. She's had luck with Brooks sneakers, Chacos flip flops, and Birkenstock sandals which now days come in several styles.

I have dual heel spurs and just walked 5 miles painlessly through Disneyland on my Fit Flops. I love them and they keep my feet cool which is a bonus. They are pricey but completely worth it
