Does anyone know if there is a dress expectation for the non princess party Afternoon tea?

I just checked and there isn't a formal dress code for the GF tea, however, having gone to tea there numerous times, let me give you my take. Most times people will be wearing shorts, tops, capris, slacks, and sundresses. People usually don't look like they are coming straight from the parks and normally people do not wear printed t-shirts. i am not saying you won't see people dressed like that, just that is the minority in my experiences.

I agree! We always try to look "nice" when going to the tea, and find that most tables around us are dressed the same. It isn't crazy fancy, but not theme-park attire either. We tend to do the sundress thing, or capris with a nice shirt.

Our first tea was with the awesome Christine (and her family and ICOT family), and we've been back every trip since; it is a great thing to do, enjoy!
