Disney Visa Character Meet

Where is the area located for Disney Visa card holders to meet the characters? At one time I heard it was at Epcot, but I recently heard that the area had been closed.

Apparently the Visa character meet is still open in it's Innoventions spot.

Thanks! It's something that we've never done, but my sister in law mentioned it, and we want to do it on our next trip.
