I just read on the Disney Food Blog that Magic Kingdom may seriously be considering opening up a new restaurant in Adventure land based on the Jungle Cruise. It's still a rumor, but they said there are construction requests submitted for this area.

Yes, last month figment reported the construction permits were filed. See thread here.. http://www.intercot.com/discussion/s...d.php?t=208082, but the rumours are more centered on "what theme will it be?" CM's are speculating Jungle Cruise. Pirates and Adventurer's Club are other ideas I've heard rumored.

Who else sees this happening?

The vast majority of people will not know the difference, and will enter AL with the marching orders to "Go get that frozen stuff, its on the way to Pirates, You'll see the line, You cannot miss it"

And there will be the same long lines, congestion and as an added bonus, disillusioned patrons because "This tastes like Orange, Meh"
